Stayed here 6/2019 beautiful hotel from the outside. Inside needs a much remodel. Room was small decent cleaned. No iron provided unless you request one đ€·đ»ââïž. Staff didnât need much from them so canât say much about the staff. Hotel located close to everything that was a big plus đ Restaurant outside the hotel was amazing great food and wine. Italy was amazing and I canât wait to visit again (Italy that is) hotel would probably try a different hotel.
The location was the best thing about this hotel.
To begin with I chose this deal because I thought it included breakfast. When I got there, I learned that the rate I paid did not include breakfast. The front desk people were not welcoming. Would not recommend.
Very nice hotel. Extraordinary location. A few steps away from the metro and bus stops. Our room was quiet. The hotel staff was always super super nice and friendly . The only thing that I would say that bothered me a bit is the cleanliness of the bathroom, although the bathrooms were clean, one could tell that they needed a deeper cleaning
Great location with easy metro access and walkability to Barberini square and areas around the Trevi fountain. Hotel staff are helpful and speak many languages. The rooms are a bit outdated and our shower was a bit too small in my opinion, but it was still usable for our 3 night stay. Also, the AC temperature is controlled by the hotel and not by the guest; it wasn't a problem for us but it might be if you want your room to be really cool in the Summer. I would return to this hotel if I were able to get a good deal.
The mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. The raised tub was difficult to get into and out of.
Stayed here for 3 nights with my husband. Great location, but awful experience. The staff, with the exception of 2 people were extremely rude. The guy who apparently runs the dining room needs to learn basic hospitality and the front desk staff needs to learn what good customer service is. Our room was never throroughly cleaned and the floor was always filthy from day one. Our room had a regular twin bed and an XL twin bed in front of a king sized headboard. They even had the beds made separately and pushed together. The food was okay. They did have a nice breakfast spread. Overall, I would never recommend this hotel. This was the pretty much the only bad experience we had while in Rome.
Although well located, this hotel was a very bad experience. They have a policy of providing NO air conditioning after 6 pm (essentially when you are in the room), the cleaning staff is terrible, they did not pick up and the laundry that I tried to bring to the front desk but was told to leave in the room in a bag labeled "laundry", which was left on the unmade bed, the bar is permanently closed. The staff is rude and uncommunicative. I will say the bed was comfortable though.
